Inga gallery is proud to announce the opening of a double exhibition featuring the artists Moshe Kupferman and Sharon Etgar.
The exhibition “Into The Box Circle , combines oil paintings by Moshe Kupferman from the late 1950s until the early ‘60s with oil paintings and collages by Sharon Etgar, made since 2015.
The exhibition’s journey into the depths of painting as an action is informed by the dialogical nature of Etgar and Kupferman’s work meeting and sharing space.
The exhibition honors painting as it was seen by these two artists, who never ceased their efforts to understand it, and to observe the act of painting by releasing its reflexes, allowing it to exist in its full originality.
